Your First Visit to Our Jasper Practice

You will be warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. Help is on its way!

When you walk in our office, you'll be welcomed with a smile.

If you have insurance, please make sure that you bring your card with you and we'll be happy to check on the coverage that it offers.

After filling out some brief paperwork about yourself, one of our chiropractic assistants (or CAs) will take you back with a brief tour of the office itself.  After getting baseline information from you, your CA will return with Dr. Josh.

The purpose of your consultation with the doctor is to discuss your health goals and see if chiropractic is likely to help you. If it looks promising, a thorough examination will help identify the cause of your problem.

Financials will be discussed, as well as any further testing, including x-rays, and therapy explained before proceeding.  We've found that patients appreciate that we explain everything in advance.

Plan on spending about 30 to 45 minutes with us on your first visit.  We'll try out best to keep your visit with us timely.

Dr. Josh Asks some important questions of interest to Jasper residents - Chiropractor Jasper Dr. Josh Asks...

How could chiropractic help a stomach problem?
Chiropractic works by locating and reducing areas of the spine compromising nerve communications between your brain and your body. If nerves to or from your stomach are irritated, your stomach won't work right. Chiropractors find the source of the interference, reduce it and allow your body to work as designed.
What's the difference between chiropractic and medicine?
Medical treatment focuses on the disease or the symptom. Chiropractic focuses on the person with the disease or the symptom. Medical treatment usually involves changing blood chemistry. Chiropractic involves restoring nervous system integrity. Medical doctors prescribe medicine. Chiropractors adjust the spine—a common source of nervous system interference.
